About Me

I’m proud to have cultivated a career that creates meaningful content, community and opportunities for diverse women and girls.

Based in Toronto, Canada, I’m the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Do Well Dress Well, a career lifestyle website for women that currently reaches over 10,000+ women per month. The site provides valuable content on topics such as personal branding, networking, conferences, style and career development. I also lead Confidence Through Conferences, a non-profit initiative created to get more diverse women into conferences and networking events by minimizing the financial barrier. Through this work, I’ve become a sought-after consultant for my expertise in developing unique programming and curating diverse speakers. With my unique experience in developing compelling personal brand and corporate content, I’m a member of Humber College's Professional Advisory Committee for their Content Strategy program. I’m also a proud partner of G(irls)20 and a member of the advisory board for Young Women in Business Toronto.

I’m humbled to have been recognized as one of PR in Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 in 2015, one of the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada in 2017 and one of the Top 25 Women of Influence in 2018.

My mission in life is not merely to survive but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour and some style.
