As the Founder & Editor-in-Chief of Do Well Dress Well, a career lifestyle website for women, she has cultivated a loyal online community around content on personal branding, career strategy and professional development. She has partnered with brands and organizations including Bumble, Microsoft Store, Joe Fresh, Nine West and more.
Chanèle serves on several advisory boards including Young Women in Business Toronto, Humber College’s Content Strategy program and Notable Life, Canada’s largest platform for young professionals. She’s also a personal branding and public speaking mentor for Tease Tea Founders Fund, a 4-month online program for women-identifying entrepreneurs. Her passion and expertise lies in creating impactful career development programming and resources.
In March 2019, Chanèle delivered her first TEDx talk on The Art of the Purposeful Pivot. She is a sought-after speaker who has spoken for Royal Bank of Canada, City of Toronto, Humber College, Sheridan College and other universities, colleges and conferences across North America.
She has been featured by CBC Toronto and Bay St.Bull and quoted in outlets such as Forbes, Refinery29 and Bustle. Chanèle has been recognized as one of the PR in Canada’s Top 30 Under 30, one of the Top 100 Black Women to Watch and one of the Top 25 Women of Influence.
