Chanele McFarlane is an executive and digital communications leader, writer and public speaker who helps professionals and organizations understand how trust and credibility actually work in the age of AI.​

 

She speaks on personal branding, professional identity, AI literacy and the communications skills people need to stay relevant as the rules keep changing. Her talks are grounded in real strategy, built for audiences who want to leave with something they can use.​ Chanele has delivered 150+ talks for corporate teams, academic institutions and industry conferences across North America. Her TEDx talk, "The Art of the Purposeful Pivot," has reached audiences navigating non-linear careers and professional reinvention.

 

Her thinking has been featured in outlets such as Fast Company, The Globe and Mail and Breakfast Television and she has been recognized among Canada's Top 100 Black Women to Watch and the Top 25 Women of Influence.​ In addition to her speaking work, Chanele has taught Business Storytelling at Seneca College and Personal Branding at George Brown College. Chanele is currently pursuing her Masters in Digital Futures from King's College London, in addition to regularly writing on LinkedIn where she examines AI, branding and the future of work.
